When you hear the word ‘Transitions’, you’re probably thinking about a lay-off, a messy break-up or the grief of losing a loved one. But transitions needn’t always take the form of monumental life events causing emotional upheavals. Even events such as getting a promotion at work, turning 40 or taking a sabbatical can cause significant distress. 

 

Research shows us that how well a transition is managed determines the level of success and fulfilment we find in subsequent phases. This program is for you if you are going through any of the below changes in your career or life:
