Manifesting your dreams

Do you experience a wide gap between what you planned to achieve and the reality?

CHANGE is critical, we all know it, however its not east to achieve that. 

A few questions that keep coming up -

  • What do I do to speed up the change?
  • How to energise myself?
  • How do I make the other stakeholders realise the same vision?
  • Do I start afresh or shift my Goals by a year (in trying to achieve the last year’s goals)?
  • Should I take a lower ask for the year, this may help me focus on future building tasks?

I understand, you may have many more questions that keep you awake at night.

Here is what you can do to manifest your dreams:

  • Small step strategy – Take smaller, palatable steps which becomes easier to execute and gives you the feeling of movement. This feeling of movement is the biggest motivator.
  • Make it the “Priority”– Build it into a daily routine. Make sure you dont go to sleep before finishing the task for the day. Change it from ‘Yes” that’s what I should do to get into action, even if its not 100%.
  • Become your own evangelist – Talk about your plans and small achievements to others around you. Making it public will help you to stay on the path.
  • Program vs Project – While it may sound similar; rather than executing it as a project, it should be approached as a ‘Program’.  A change may need support on not just the method and the process. Enablers like coaching and training go a long way in ensuring you realising your dreams at a speed faster than your plans.
